I worked at the company for several years and noticed that especially in the deck departments, individuals without sufficient professional skills for their tasks ended up as supervisors. There are particularly deficiencies in the proper treatment of subordinates, knowledge of industry legislation, and team and individual leadership. Unfortunately, employees are not valued in the company, and this value base has been set by the HR department through their own example. Employees’ concerns about poor treatment are not taken into account; instead, they are retaliated against, for example, by preventing career advancement. There is not enough rotation among the officers on the company’s ships, which has led to the same individuals deciding who advances and gets the open supervisory positions. The company mainly favors employees who turn a blind eye to illegalities and poor treatment of colleagues.

Yrityksen arviointi - Current employee

Palkka, toimiva työterveyshuolto

Henkilöstö politiikka, vanhojen työntekijöiden arvostus( mielummin uusi ulkoa kuin vanhan ylentäminen liian usein tapahtuvaa)

Kuuntelisi enemmän työntekijöitä ja arvostaisi niitä, heilläkin on mielipiteitä ja parannus ehdotuksia.
