I joined this company and was shocked from the time I got there to the time I left. There was paper stacks of invoices that were processed in several cubicles. If you needed a past invoice you had to sort through the stacks to find it.
The woman who did the training was not welcoming at all and very short. Her training skills were horrible. The controller needed babysitting. You had to literally give her things to sign and stand there to wait for her to sign it. She even had a stack of papers outside her desk for her to review. It was literally a mess.
